GROUNDS
Villa Sena hides amongst secluded pine trees on 2600
m2 of land. As you drive up to the house, at the front
of the villa, a spacious area for parking of 3 to 4 cars
is available. The main front door of the villa can be
accessed to the right side via a stone arch and
path.
The cool, leafy sun terrace is equipped with a
large dining table and chairs and is perfect for al
fresco meals.
The comfortable sofas and large shaded area
are ideal for relaxing with a drink or resting after a
swim in the pool.
The lovely swimming pool is 10m x 4.5m and
looks out onto the forest. It is regularly cleaned and
maintained and has a modern water system.

Places of Interest:
The nearby towns of Toulon, Marseilles, St Tropez and
Nice. Local vineyards for wine tasting and purchases.
Many famous castles in the Var region. Local markets for
regional made products and local food. Crafts and art
galleries of national and local artists.
Regional sightseeing: Take a short ride: after
just a few miles you will be in the splendid hinterland
of the Var and Saint Tropez, Verdon Gorges, inland towns
and villages (with guided tours).
Activities: All watersport activities, diving
schools, yachting, fishing and boat trips to the
Islands. Many walking and cycling routes with
spectacular scenery. It is ideally and centrally located
for activities such as outings, windsurfing,
skin-diving, relaxing on the beach or in a quiet creek.
After a short voyage, just a few minutes off the
coast by the boat you'll find yourself away from the
crowds on one of the splendid "Iles d'Or"
(Golden Islands), Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant.
Beaches: the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean
are only 10 minutes from the villa. The main resorts are
Cassis, Caqueiranne, St Tropez and Islands of
Poquerolles. Also easy access by motorway or scenic
route to beaches along the coastline towards Juan Les
Pins & Nice.
Nightlife: many good local restaurants and
cafes. Plenty of night life along the coastline towns of
Cassis to St Tropez and Marseilles.
